Translator Coverage Push
Mapping Betfair team names ↔ OddsAPI events. Each manual approval harvests a BF→OA alias so future translator runs strict-match those teams without review. Goal: 85%+ OA-side coverage. Auto-promote runs hourly (≥0.92 score threshold), translator re-runs every 4h to apply new aliases at scale.
